Meri Joyce
Meri Joyce is an Australian based in Tokyo with the Japan-based international NGO Peace Boat. As Northeast Asia Regional Liaison Officer for the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC), she coordinates civil society projects for dialogue, peace building, disarmament and peace education in the region.
