Leah Hong (she/her) is a diasporic creative working at the intersection of narrative change and social justice. She brings over a decade of experience in progressive social change within nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Currently based in Los Angeles, she emphasizes trust-based frameworks in her philanthropic practice to address power imbalances between funders and nonprofits.
Her background includes youth work experience. She is a former Fellow of New Leaders Council and the Community Leadership and Social Change Fellowship at Institute for Nonprofit Practice, and serves on steering and production committees for AAPIP-LA and GYOPO respectively.
