Susan Yohn serves as the administrative and financial director of Women Cross DMZ, functioning as liaison between the organization and its fiscal sponsor, the Peace Development Fund. This organization supports community-based groups focused on peace and social justice initiatives.
Yohn transitioned to this role following an academic career at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, where she held professorships in history and women's and gender studies. She previously led the Berkshire Conference of Women Historians, a professional association that hosts the largest international gathering of scholars specializing in women's and gender history every three years.
